At Fast1Rummy, we aim to provide a transparent, fast, and secure withdrawal process for all our users. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms related to withdrawal of your winnings and wallet balance.

1. Eligibility for Withdrawal

You can request a withdrawal only if:

• Your account is KYC verified (PAN Card + Bank Account/UPI verification)
• You have winnings in your Withdrawable Balance (bonus or promotional credits are non-withdrawable)
• Your account is not under investigation for fraud, collusion, or suspicious activity

2. KYC Requirements

Before making your first withdrawal, you must complete:

• PAN Card Verification (mandatory as per Indian tax laws)
• Bank Account or UPI ID Verification
• Mobile Number Verification via OTP

Withdrawals will not be processed until the KYC is fully approved.

3. Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made through:

• UPI
• Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

Ensure that the name on your PAN and bank account matches the name used during registration.

4. Withdrawal Limits & Timeline

Delays may occur due to bank holidays or incomplete KYC.

5. Withdrawal Restrictions

• Promotional bonuses and cashbacks cannot be withdrawn.
• Suspicious or irregular gameplay (e.g., multiple account usage, collusion, or bot activity) may result in withholding or cancellation of withdrawals.
• Users from restricted states (e.g., Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, etc.) are not allowed to withdraw, even if they bypass restrictions. Accounts will be suspended.

6. Cancellation or Reversal

Fast1Rummy reserves the right to:

• Cancel or reverse a withdrawal request in case of KYC discrepancies or suspected fraud
• Freeze the wallet if we find misuse or violation of terms and conditions
